Robert F. Riesett is a team performance specialist. He is President of TrainingWorks® Corporation and has taught group dynamics, team building, and trainer training for 17 years at Georgetown University and the University of Maryland.

3M has been using Group Process Skills for Work Teams ® in many of its leading divisions (COSD, Dental Products, Logistics, Corporate Quality Services, Specialty Chemicals) over the last 14 years.

Bob has worked closely with 3M Corporate Quality Services to develop the Managing Total Quality training design and materials, as well as the You Role in Quality Program. He helped to pilot test most of the MTQ courses now in use by 3M clients. 3M has singled out our Team Process Training, Facilitator Presentation Skills, and Datatrain® workshops for recommendation to its clients.

Together with Karen Riesett, his business partner and co-trainer, they have provided specialized MTQ Facilitator Skills Training for many 3M MTQ clients. Karen has been a   faculty member of the Training Specialist Certificate Program for eight years. She has worked as a hospital training manager and has received an International Society for Performance and Instruction (ISPI) award for Outstanding Instructional Design.
