As process consultants and facilitators, we decided to respond to what we have learned about human development, the dynamics of change, and the retirement issues of many we have seen retire. Some had their dreams come true, some have had nightmares. Too many were unprepared emotionally for this turning point in their lives.

Since 2004 we have researched the work of counseling psychologists, gerontologists, and financial planners. We have done what we do best - design and deliver learning experiences - seminars and workshops that empower people to solve problems and manage change in their lives. Together with our colleagues we have applied that knowledge to the process of retiring in the 21st century and the individual retirement transition.

	The Retirement Transition, Gateway to the Third Age of Life. A series of 3 workshop sessions to empower participants to manage the emotional and psychological phases of their transition from the job and career world to the new world of opportunity that retirement offers: new jobs, volunteer work, civic engagement, "dream work", creative and artistic development, finding meaning and purpose in the Third Age - balancing life, and determining "what's next".
	Group Process Skills for Work Teams Ž develops group dynamics and team performance skills for team members, leaders and management sponsors responsible for implementing the team concept in an organization. Trainer certification available for in-house use.
	Advanced Team Training provides team skills for optimizing the effectiveness of teams that have been working together since basic team training. The two day workshop results in improvement strategies for productive teamwork. Added team leadership skills are the focus for team leaders and team facilitators.
	Management’s Role in Team Responsibility: Implementing the Team Concept. A one day seminar for senior executives, team managers, and leaders to provide for developing and maintaining collective responsibility in teams in an organization.
	DatatrainŽis a model of the Instructional Systems Design Process (ISD) that provides management and HRD staff with a systematic process to link training to business needs through Front End Analysis, Training Design, Training Transfer, Cost Benefit Analysis, and Evaluation. Two three-day workshops develop these trainer competencies and performance consulting skills. These workshops are based on the Training Specialist Certificate Program that Robert Riesett founded and directed at Georgetown University and the University of Maryland..
